The results of a new study found that breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, and it also helps burn more calories than expected.

This study, published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, indicated that the quality of food consumed has a significant impact on metabolism, and that breakfast helps burn more calories compared to dinner.

The study's researchers explained that eating breakfast reduces the craving for food later, especially sweets, and helps in managing the level of sugar and insulin in the blood during the day.

In order to reach these results, the researchers targeted 16 men, and they were divided into two groups, one that ate breakfast and the other focused on dinner.

After that, they measured their metabolism, sugar and blood glucose level, in addition to asking them some questions such as food cravings.

When interpreting the results, the researchers noticed that the metabolism process was active after eating breakfast compared to dinner, and the feeling of hunger and craving for sweets decreased during the day.

The researchers added that eating a low-calorie breakfast increases the intake of nakarish during the day, and also increases the amount of dinner consumed later.

The researchers also confirmed that the level of sugar and glucose in the blood is lower after breakfast compared to dinner.

The researchers concluded that dinner may not help in losing weight, and skipping breakfast reduces the process of losing weight.
